I've had such a crafty weekend and managed to fit in a run too. Well done me for living a balanced life! Anyway my Mum bought me thirty zips of various colors and I made them into a bag. I love it and I'm using it to carry all my jewelry making books.

I'm really pleased with how this turned out. Shame about the loss of my beautiful bush though! Now I just have to decide how to decorate the plant pot. Any ideas???

I've found a cool little magazine!!!
It's the coolest little mag I've seen in ages and it's all about sustainable living and crafts. I love it. I'm knitting a bag out of plastic supermarket bags as we speak. I've also turned a dead bush into a necklace rack for my market stall but I'll post a picture of that soon. I think I'm going to mosaic around the base next. Dear Stephanie
One of my biggest fans has just died unexpectedly and I am bereft. We had shared a very difficult workplace mediation with a colleague who Stephanie felt at the end of the mediation process was possesed by the devil. Whilst it was an intensly awful experience that did not end well and saw both Stephanie and I leave the school but the person who made our life hell staying on as if nothing was wrong with her behaviour.
Stephanie went to live in Australia and after rather a hard life all in all, she begun to find happiness with a kind man whom she was going marry, today, the day her life support was turned off. She had made it from the airport in Christchurch to the hotel where she bacame ill and collapsed. She was taken to the hospital and put in an induced coma but after two days the machine was turned off and her vital soul was no more. She was on her way home to visit us for a holiday.

Craftiness
Oh what a joy to make things with your hands. If only I could make enough money to do this for my sole income. But then I wonder if the shine would rub off. Crafting for me presently is my unwinding time. The chance for me to regroup my thoughts, a meditation of sorts. If I was a crafter full time, what would my unwind time involve. Perhaps more of the fitness. Now there's a good thought. If only...!
