One of my biggest fans has just died unexpectedly and I am bereft. We had shared a very difficult workplace mediation with a colleague who Stephanie felt at the end of the mediation process was possesed by the devil. Whilst it was an intensly awful experience that did not end well and saw both Stephanie and I leave the school but the person who made our life hell staying on as if nothing was wrong with her behaviour.
Stephanie went to live in Australia and after rather a hard life all in all, she begun to find happiness with a kind man whom she was going marry, today, the day her life support was turned off. She had made it from the airport in Christchurch to the hotel where she bacame ill and collapsed. She was taken to the hospital and put in an induced coma but after two days the machine was turned off and her vital soul was no more. She was on her way home to visit us for a holiday.
